Thanks to the efforts of colleagues working both behind the scenes and on site, the event successfully showcased shared strengths and left lasting mark for the future.
Beko Romania team and the Women in Motion by Beko Romania community organized #SheWeek, a series of wellbeing-focused activities dedicated to emotional and physical health, reflection, and connection. Guided by the message #GiveToGain, the initiative encouraged colleagues to support one another, grow together, and celebrate the women who bring positivity and balance to everyday work life. The week concluded with a donation initiative for the local community, reinforcing the importance of giving back and building stronger connections.
Beko Europe Balkan’s team continues to strengthen its presence through initiatives across Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia. Showcasing how the company’s brands are becoming part of everyday experiences while reinforcing collaboration, partnerships, innovation and meaningful engagement with customers and partners across the region. Recent Chain of initiatives driven by Balkan’s team has brought the brand closer to consumers in trusted and familiar spaces, resulted in opening the largest Beko Center in Podgorica, a 1000-square-meter store featuring the full portfolio of Beko, Whirlpool, Hotpoint, Indesit and Grundig products, partnership with 70 retailers and purchasing professionals in a hands-on training session focused on built-in technologies, while the Beko Europe Fair in Belgrade gathered partners from nine countries to explore the latest innovations across Beko, Whirlpool, Hotpoint, Professional and SDA solutions. Together, these moments highlighted our commitment to innovation, collaboration and creating value through strong regional partnerships.
Beko Europe Iberia Team has been awarded the Best Growth Performance Award by Domestic & General Iberia during the Service Awards 2026 in Madrid, recognizing the strong performance and results achieved throughout 2025. The award highlights the team’s commitment to operational excellence, resilience, and continuous improvement, with a special acknowledgment to the Consumer Care team for their key contribution to this achievement.
As part of the “12 Months, 12 Passions” series, colleagues in SSC Łódź , Poland, came together for a wellbeing session lead by one of our own. BTC Senior Team Leader, a certified personal and fitness trainer, lead a session focused on posture, strength, and mobility. Giving all participants the opportunity to step away from their desks, recharge, and reconnect through movement and shared energy. The energizing session became an engaging reminder of the importance of balance, movement, and teamwork in everyday work life. It’s amazing how small everyday wellbeing habits and shared passions can create positive moments of connection across teams!
At Beko we are pround of our volunteering communitity! Our OEM team, Italy, recently took part in a volunteering activity at Lido Schiranna, supporting a local lakeside clean-up initiative, near Varese in Northern Italy. Team collected and sorted waste and helped preserving the area’s natural environment! Beyond the environmental impact, the activity was a great opportunity to strengthen team spirit and collaboration outside the office, ending the day with a shared sense of achievement and contribution to the community.
To celebrate 18 years in Radomsko, our colleagues and their families came together for a joyful Family Day filled with connection, shared pride and memorable moments. Activities, contests, entertainment zones and factory tours offered families a special opportunity to experience the workplace firsthand and see where our story continues to grow. The celebration reflected the strong sense of community we have built over the years — a place where people feel connected, supported and truly at home. Together, we continue to grow, celebrate and shape the future as one team.
Our colleagues in Radomsko, Poland, came together for the Radomsko Business Run 2025, combining teamwork, energy and a shared commitment to giving back. Beyond enjoying an active day together, the team supported a meaningful charitable cause helping people with disabilities and those recovering from a mastectomy regain confidence and return to everyday life.
