The Kitchen brings together consumer insights, professional expertise and product innovation to create better kitchen experiences. Since 2018, it has hosted approximately 250 events and welcomed more than 10,000 visitors through workshops, product testing and collaborative experiences.

Through our four-year partnership with the Turkish Volleyball Federation, we proudly support Türkiye’s women’s and men’s national teams. Building on our connection to volleyball since 1979, we aim to contribute to the future of the sport through technology and sustainable energy solutions.

At our Istanbul Headquarters and Çayırova R&D Center, we welcome students and faculty from leading international institutions, including University of Sussex Business School, Bayes Business School, Henley Business School, Columbia University, Université Paris Dauphine–PSL and Wits Business School. Bringing together perspectives from the UK, the US, France, South Africa and beyond, these visits create opportunities to explore real business challenges across global growth, sustainability, digital transformation, talent and people strategy. Through case studies, presentations and open discussions, we connect academic insight with industry experience, exchange ideas and build meaningful global connections.
At our PREP Graduation Ceremony in Çayırova Garage, we celebrated colleagues who completed a journey of hands-on IT projects, mentorship, collaboration and continuous learning. By contributing to real business challenges and digital transformation initiatives, participants gained valuable experience while helping shape the future from day one.
At our R&D Datathon at Arçelik Garage, students worked with real industrial data to explore business challenges and turn insights into impactful solutions. At the Social Impact Summit, women from retail, technical service, R&D and innovation shared the stories behind their journeys and achievements. Through initiatives such as Kadının İşi, Gücü and 500 Women Technicians, we continue to support women’s entrepreneurship and contribute to a more inclusive transformation across our business.
The Beko AI Hackathon brought together nearly 50 students from seven universities to explore the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and develop AI-driven solutions for everyday and academic challenges. Working in teams, participants combined creativity, technical skills and problem-solving, while the winning team earned a fast-track opportunity for our FreshStart summer internship programme.
