Acting as trusted business partners, the teams provide practical guidance across corporate, commercial, compliance, litigation, data protection and regulatory matters.
Teams within Legal & Compliance
Corporate & M&A supports corporate governance, strategic projects, company formations, corporate structuring and cross-border transactions. The team also advises on structured and intra-group financing and prepares, reviews and negotiates loan and collateral documentation.
The Commercial team advises on procurement, sourcing, marketing and innovation projects. It drafts and reviews commercial agreements, supports R&D activities and helps ensure compliance with consumer protection and advertising standards.

The Litigation team manages disputes and advises on consumer, employment, enforcement and other contentious matters. It coordinates with external counsels and represents the company before relevant authorities when required.
Compliance & Ethics designs and implements global frameworks covering the Code of Conduct, competition law and sanctions compliance. The team also leads investigations, delivers training and supports ethical business practices across the organization.
Data Privacy & Protection supports matters relating to GDPR, KVKK and local data protection regulations. The team conducts privacy reviews, advises on data-driven projects, manages interactions with authorities and supports the responsible handling of personal data.
