Strategy Matters at Beko
At Beko, Strategy is the central function responsible for architecting the company’s long-term corporate path and ensuring its successful execution across our global network. Operating at the intersection of high-level vision and operational reality, it provides the analytical framework and project governance required to navigate a complex global market spanning 145 countries. The function is divided into two primary pillars: Strategic Planning, which focuses on “where we are going,” and Corporate Transformation, which focuses on “how we get there."
Teams within Strategy
Defining where we are going. Strategic Planning acts as an internal strategic advisor and investment engine. It manages annual and multi-year planning cycles, leads M&A activities and corporate strategy projects, monitors market trends and competitor performance, and supports senior leadership on strategic priorities.
Defining how we get there. Corporate Transformation turns strategic priorities into tangible and sustainable business outcomes. It leads cross-functional transformation initiatives, translates goals into roadmaps and coordinated actions, improves processes, organizational structures and ways of working, and manages complex programmes, interdependencies and risks.
Teams within Production
Delivering quality at scale. Manufacturing Operations drives Beko’s global production lines, bringing together people, processes and technology to ensure consistent and efficient manufacturing across our facilities.
Shaping the factories of the future. Central Manufacturing Technologies leads digital transformation, advanced automation and process engineering initiatives across Beko’s production ecosystem.
Turning data and technology into operational excellence. The team improves production efficiency through digital tools, artificial intelligence and data-driven methodologies.
Protecting the quality behind every product. Quality Assurance & Control helps ensure that Beko products meet rigorous global standards throughout the production process.
Making growth safer and more sustainable. HSE supports working environments and production practices that protect Beko’s people while contributing to environmental responsibility.
