What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Responsible – Warehousing who will join our Supply Chain Transformation Directorate in Beko Corporate.
- Optimizing warehouse operations and processes
- Planning shipments based on dealer orders
- Managing and contributing to operational projects
- Preparing presentations and management reports
- Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Inspecting warehouse and shipment operations
- Supporting occupational health and safety activities
- Conducting efficiency and process improvement studies across warehousing and shipment operations
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Taking ownership of end-to-end process management
The position is located in Adana, Türkiye.
How do we describe the perfect match?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Open to learning and continuous development
- Creative, curious, and results-oriented approach
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to effectively track business processes
