What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Compensation, HR Analytics & Operations to drive and oversee the organization’s Total Rewards, People Analytics, HRIS, Workforce Planning, and HR Governance agenda by developing competitive and sustainable reward strategies, leveraging people and workforce data for strategic decision-making, optimizing workforce costs, and ensuring effective HR systems, policies, and processes. The role will provide data-driven strategic advisory to senior management while driving HR digitalization, governance, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead Total Rewards strategy, salary structures, grading, incentives, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Drive market benchmarking, pay equity, compensation analytics, and annual salary review. 
  • Develop reward policies and recommend competitive, sustainable compensation practices.
  • Lead People Analytics, HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and HR KPI frameworks. 
  • Analyze headcount, turnover, employee cost, productivity, compensation, and workforce trends. 
  • Lead personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and cost optimization. 
  • Lead SAP-HCM/HRIS effectiveness, automation, digitalization, and process improvement. 
  • Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, security, governance, and reporting standards. 
  • Oversee payroll inputs, compensation data, deductions, incentives, and employee changes. 
  • Lead benefits governance and continuously evaluate cost, competitiveness, and employee value. 
  • Partner with HR and Finance on manpower planning, restructuring, budgeting, and workforce costs. 
  • Provide data-driven insights and business recommendations to senior management. 
  • Lead development, review, and periodic updates of Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, payroll, and related HR policies. 
  • Ensure policies remain competitive, practical, compliant, and aligned with business strategy. 
  • Establish policy governance, review cycles, controls, and effective implementation. 
  • Act as a strategic advisor on Total Rewards, People Analytics, HR technology, and workforce decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and develop team capability and analytical maturity. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports in line with local, regional, and global requirements such as headcount, turnover, payroll, benefits utilization, salary review, overtime, attrition, and workforce analytics reports.

This position is in  Dhaka, Bangladesh.

How do we describe a perfect match?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA/Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with strong expertise in Total Rewards, People Analytics, HRIS, and HR operations.
  • Extensive experience and advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis, reporting, and financial modelling.
  • Proven experience in senior HR roles, compensation strategy, workforce costing, HR policy, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP-HCM/HRIS, HR analytics, budgeting, labour law, payroll, and benefits.
  • Strong analytical, financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
