What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate – Marketing Channels join our team at Global Brand Directorate. 

• Support day-to-day operational activities across digital channels, with a primary focus on websites and social channels
• Support website testing and validation processes, including functional, content, and visual checks before and after new releases, migrations, and deployments.
• Coordinate identified website issues and testing feedback with IT, Regional, and relevant business teams, and track them through resolution.
• Support digital asset deployment tracking across websites and other digital channels, ensuring that approved and up-to-date assets are used correctly.
• Support content and product validation activities related to website updates, migrations, and new functionality rollouts.
• Coordinate operational activities across Regional, Product Management, Marketing, and IT teams.
• Track project milestones, open actions, testing results, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain clear documentation and prepare regular status updates and progress reports for website and digital channel activities.
  
  

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Experience in project coordination, digital marketing operations, or channel management.
• Familiarity with website testing, content validation
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience working on digital transformation, website, e-commerce, or content management projects.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and leadership skills,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• High emotional intelligence, with the ability to recognize and understand the emotions of others.
• Openness to diverse perspectives and a flexible mindset.
• Adept at fostering collaboration and clear in articulating thoughts and ideas.
