What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate-Product Training join our team at Product Management. 

• Develop AI-powered in-depth and microlearning training assets for new product launches, adapting content for different channels.
• Design and produce real-product demonstration videos to support retail, sales, promoter and product training programs.
• Create Promoter Battle Cards highlighting key selling points, competitive advantages, objection handling and customer conversation tips.
• Translate technical product specifications into clear learning content, practical use cases and customer benefit-focused training materials.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Brand and Sales teams to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date and aligned with product positioning.
• Produce AI-generated visuals, animations and learning assets to improve engagement and accelerate content development.
  
  The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Education, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in generative AI tools, with the ability to create visual and written learning content.
• Strong interest in product training, learning content development and visual storytelling.
• Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into engaging and effective training content.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
