What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate - Purchasing who will join our team at Purchasing Directorate.

• Manage purchasing strategy for specific material groups,
• Work on cost-down projects to reach annual targets,
• Work on alternative supplier studies to extend our supply base,
• Follow and report sector dynamics,
• Follow all electronics-related projects of the product group under her/his responsibility,
• Involve in cost analysis and benchmark studies,
• Participating in supplier development projects to increase the capability of our suppliers.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Senior Student or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree is a plus),
• Having experience in electronic components or related engineering fields,
• Having experience in 6 Sigma projects and vendor management (6 Sigma belts are a plus),
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting market trends and new Technologies,
• Outside-the-box thinking ability,
• Open to an innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.
