What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead - Payroll to join our team at Accounting - HQ Directorate.

• Payroll, personnel affairs, wage accrual, and incentive practices – with at least 5 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law No. 4857, Social Security legislation, income tax practices, and other related legal regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and SAP programs.
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, highly responsible, and a good team player.
• Committed to working with high confidentiality and strong ethical principles.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, with a passion for research.

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering departments,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP
• Analytical thinking & problem-solving,
• Experience of operating in multi-functional teams
