What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate  R&D Technician who will work for R&D Directorate (Polymers & Chemical Technologies R&D) in Beko Global.

• Working in Polyurethane and Polymer R&D laboratories
• Conducting polyurethane hand casting studies, thermal conductivity, and performance testing
• Performing polyurethane injection molding and refrigerator trials
• Supporting the development of laboratory infrastructure
• Preparing and maintaining test and laboratory study reports
• Contributing to project follow-up, material formulation development, and part prototype studies
• Following, learning, and developing relevant test standards 

The position is located in İstanbul, Çayırova.

How do we describe a perfect match?

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the polyurethane industry
• Experience in material characterization and material testing instruments
• Experience with polyurethane test equipment
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
• No travel restrictions
• Flexible and open to new perspectives
• A strong team player with a self-initiative mindset
• Strong communication skills are a priority for us
